Do you design and print in-house?+
Yes — what we design, we produce. Most printing, cutting, pressing, and finishing is done in-house at FYI. Some services like DTF are outsourced to specialist printers, but design and quality checks always stay with us.
Can I bring my own design file?+
Absolutely. If your file is print-ready, just send it over and we'll get it into production. If it needs adjustments (wrong format, low resolution, incorrect bleed etc.) a small editing fee may apply.
How does payment work?+
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. The balance is due upon completion, before final files or physical delivery.
How fast is the turnaround?+
Simple print jobs (flyers, stickers, cards) are often same-day or next-day. Design work takes 2–7 business days depending on complexity. Treat boxes are 5–7 business days. Rush turnarounds are available — just contact us with your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible.
What is the difference between glossy and matte labels?+
Glossy is waterproof and recommended for product labels, bottles, and outdoor use. Matte is available on request and gives a premium uncoated look, but it is not waterproof — not ideal for products that will get wet.
What shirt printing method should I choose?+
HTV is best for clean bold designs, solid shapes, and text. Heat Transfer is ideal for full-colour prints on any colour shirt. DTF handles photographic or highly detailed artwork with gradients. Send us your design and we'll recommend the best method for it.
Do you work with businesses on an ongoing basis?+
Yes — we offer monthly design retainers starting from $330/month for businesses that need regular content. Options scale from 3 designs/month up to 10, with priority turnaround on all plans.
Do you do corporate videography?+
Yes. Our video credits include Coca-Cola, Dasani, Pinehill Dairy, Carters General Store, Barbados Marine Spatial Plan, Agrofest, and Rise Barbados. Every video job is quoted individually — message us with your brief.
